sunday run- 14th june 2009
Anyone riders on here interested in joining me next sunday for a , w/sydney to picton ,bargo ,goulbourn, oberon , bell ,> home . An easy 500+ km's on good B roads. I will be at the M4 freeway mc donalds (westbound) rolling out at 0900hrs. Going rain ,hail or shine .Hope you can join me and be good to meet some fellow club members . cheers.

cant make it now... stuck in hosipital with a cracked cheekbone from footy! fck.
cant get my helmet on -well i can by pulling my stitches out in the process.
have a safe ride.

I have a theory that physical exercise is no good for your health and you have just proved that theory for me again
. Hope it's not too long before you are back riding.
