First 2 are midway down the track.
Finally dont leave the line with 14# of boost...
For those 3 pictures that they got there's about 100 they missed.

2-Step (anti-lag) , pretty severe on the turbo, lots of fuel, flames etc.

This pic has me cringing at the thought of the landing there really doesnt look like there is much difference between the front wheel and the bottom of the bike

I still remember my first ever run at WSID. I lined up behind Leonard. Saw his bike go up on one wheel off the line and tilt slightly to the left for about 200 feet before the front tyre touched down. He was only warming up and ran something in the mid 9's...
