My daughter puts heaps up on facebook from her ipad. If you cant get the photos onto the forum you could copy paste through facebook, or just email the pics to yourself, then put them up from your 'puter.
TEST: Doing this from daughters iPad.

I just googled the forum in Safari, logged on and it worked just like normal.

I'm crap with computers and had the same problem, couldn't post pics, but when I updated my iPad to IOS 6 or whatever the new update was then I could post pics straight from my photo albums.
Hope maybe that helps.

Get TapaTalk app, it is a forum app which allows you to post pics. Just dunno if this site supports it.
