I just put the K1 Busa engine back together after fitting new pistons and rings and it runs fine but I now have an oil leak that appears to originate under the LH exhaust outlet.

I done it and ran that way for 12 months before putting a Gen2 front end on, I find very little braking difference between the GEN2 front end and the conversion. |

Tires are a personal thing.
I don't actually like the 55 profile much, the ones I've used (BT014, Pure, Pirelli) seem to squirm a bit, wall flex, so I stick to the 50 Q2.

I just bought a GEN1 wheel and tyre on ebay for a couple of hundred bucks, it's in Melb, just need to get it here, all good Yella, I'll keep it in mind as I get further down the track, that 1098 swing... |
