I just sold my house a few weeks ago & as luck would have it...............to a Bank Manager

We agreed on a settlement date & all was well.

Then I get a call from my conveyancer informing me that settlement was going to be delayed about 5 days & would I be asking for PENALTY INTEREST

Well...........golly.................. why the hell not I said
