There's another one around somewhere which actually uses the 2nd rear by having a 3rd & 4th seat over it. (1 rider + 3 pillions)

But this one looks to be absolutely useless. I can't see any reason the 2nd rear is needed.

There was one around with 2 x 300 tyres on the rear,it had a longer tail to cover both wheel that looked realy BAD!!
