Has anyone had any expirience using this stuff? I'm still not sure about it but I'm finding it fairly difficult to find a replacement tank for my old Suzuki GSX400F Katana and I need to get it running again till the busa is finished. BTW not my bike but I dont have a camera and its a pretty close match
I did think it was all good till I drained the tank for a new paint job and sure enough heaps of rust inside around the sender.

I do have an E series as well and was hoping to use the tank off that but they're not compatible due to the differences in tank dimensions. Alternativly would anyone know where to find a head for a 81 GSX400E twin?

If it's not compatible....get a hammer or tommyhawk & make it compatible.....

I'd lash anything to it just to get me through
None of my old pommie bike tanks were ever bolted to the bike & they never came off (unless I trowelled it.)
Had to be quick removal coz they were always catching fire from kick backs
