I've recent switched to running a 190/55 rear instead of the standard 190/50. Will this have any affect on my speedo?

In theory it'll make the speedo more accurate! Biker

Wow that was quick! Thanks, that's what I wanted to know. I'm used to riding 10kay over due to speedo error, on a route constantly patrolled by cops. I might change it to 5kay over now :)

I'm running a 190/55 and I couldn't tell the difference. The speedo still runs optimistic. It might be 1 or 2 km/h closer but not a lot in it.
