Lock up clutch would help & Wheel-bars, 8.4s still sounds a bit over the top
Maybe stick the motor in another frame me-thinks

Managed a 9.84@144mph on a ZX14 in street trim,so would like to think I can better that, as they say practice makes perfect ..

Jeremy Teasley went 8.42 on a stock motor busa with an 8 inch arm
Progressive numbers:

1.326
3.541
5.404 @ 135.04
7.035
8.423 @ 161.44

stock motor and i believe a stock clutch too.
I am saying that it is acheivable with a stock engine not
that everybody can do it Pi_tongue

No way I think you could do a 1.326 on a stock clutch

actually the 8.4 is for real. It was done around the same time he went 8.4's on the bmw. Obviously highly modified bike (not engine). Watch him run the 7.1 on the nitrous kwaka on you tube. The boy can ride!!!
