well more of an update, iv been riding the R1 to work since the misses left, and it finally packed it in sunday night, reg has shit itself i think, so with no other option, i bolted the exhaust on to the busa, held the windscreen on with zip ties, and began riding that to work today, rode pretty good considering, but i have a funny feeling the forks may have twisted in the tripples, going to have a look at it tomorow and see if i can work out whats wrong, it was also windy as hell today, blowing me around on the big girl, i just about shit myself a few times, not a good first ride at all lol

Bugger,
If I had known I have a spare set of pegs and a few other parts you probably could have used in the fit up.. oh well.. Looks nice mate! Axe
Nice work Ash, good to see it coming together. Being there when it went down and seeing the damage (both you and the Busa) it was pretty bad. I was worried you wouldn't get back on the bike again. Glad to see you back riding again!!

alright, so were in the new year and what a start its been, having mates all over the state, and country, a couple of the townsville boys conned me into going up for a couple nights to talk shit and sink some piss, i convinced grizzly (forum member) to come along as i know hes had a bad year aswell, and what better way to see the year out than good mates, lots of piss, and 2 busa's in harmony on the open road, off to townsville we went, my shoulder didnt even notice it, so i think im all good, both bikes sung there lungs out and not a single hiccup was had
just as we were leaving mackay the bikes having a much deserved rest in townsville, 3 vehicles, 8 wheels, combined 1/4 mile time of around the 30 sec mark ;) the bikes parked up in airly beach for a new years that wont soon be forgoten me waiting for the beers to cool down, 2 cartons of corona, a carton of bundy 5's and im not sure how, but a bottle of jd disapeared aswell lol nathan also waiting for the piss to cool, looking very thirsty indeed all in all, i can honestly say the last week or so has been the highlight of my year and cant wait to get some serious riding time under my belt in the near future
