Artrax Rotors for all bikes
#1
Got some info on the technical side for Artrax discs that I have been selling for over 2 years now.

"The stainless brake rotor is made from a material = JFE410BD made in Japan. Specification is very similar OE, but design/shape is different (lighter & better braking power & feeling). Both on road / off road is the same material, but specification is a little bit different. If you have any question, please feel free to contact with us. Thank you.
Best regards,
Darren Lee / Mitsutomo International"

They go on to say;

They are manufactured in Taiwan as are most after market rotors these days. If you look at the part numbers on EBC, Goodridge etc and Artrax, they all have common thread part numbers somewhere in their make up.

I have personally used the Atrax discs for the last 2 years and clocking up over 70,000klms on the first set, I have been so happy with them I have fitted a second set.

Fronts are $299.00@ and rears are $139.95

Usaually give 10% of but will do 15% for a 3 set buy.

Pads can be supplied call for a price or email me at mick@mbct.com.au and I will give you a total price.

At Mick's Bike & Car Tyres we test and use most of the products we sell on my own bikes.

I will run 2-3 sets of tyres in some cases to make sure the advice I give is as accurate as it can be.

I have high milage bikes.
2000 ZX9R 38,000klms (when written off)
2001 ZX9R 186,000klms (at shop, off road)
2005 ZX10R 120,000 (at shop, off road)
2007 Blackbird 8,000klms (at shop, Registered on road)
2008 ZX10R 74,000klms (at shop, Reg on road)

This backs up our claim that we ride what we sell. We dont have to depend on second hand information, that can be unreliable, to talk to customers.

As I said above, I have personally used the Atrax discs for the last 2 years and clocking up over 70,000klms on the first set. They were due to change at 65,000klms but I ran them a bit longer to see if thery would warp or fail. I have been so happy with them I have fitted a second set.

My prices are out in the open not done by PMs. If I have a deal its for all to see. If the opposition want to undercut it, its just a better deal for you guys.
