third gear hard shell back pack

Just bought one of these 'hard shell' backpacks from 'Third Gear' (the hard shell is not 'hard', just heavier density foam, but seems to keep the shape OK:

Pretty good! $25 + $5 postage. Will do fine for me and a lot cheaper than Ogio Mach3 or Kriega - time will tell? Great service too- very quick delivery.

I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with third gear's products, BUT, I won't buy from third gear again ..

The item I bought took nearly 2 weeks to arrive from payment date and since then they have bombarded me with spam email ..
