Does anyone remember something about a possible run along some air strip near Coffs Harbour. Wasn't revhead going to organise it or something...?

Pan, I think it was at Casino airstrip. Not sure if it was the street fighters that organised it or not. Could have been another club.
Maj would know where you can do sealed road speed runs, but pretty sure no one does them in Australia.

Ive never done a straight liner, not even sure what it is?
Its obviously a high speed run, but not a drag?
But over what distance?
Can anyone have a go, or do you need a license?

There's a 16km straight just north of Wangaratta!
And you don't even have to book it

Casino happened several yrs ago, first yr was good, second everyone got greedy and killed it ,

insurance is the major issue ,but venue costs, equipment costs etc all come into play

you could join CAMS and run a car at Temora , but there is no bike events currently available
