damn!! That's some serious damage. Looks like the front wheel is completely gone, forks snapped in half and that's part of the LHS swingarm snapped off and hanging out under the tyre. I'd be guessing he was in the middle of a pile-up.

Not swingarm...upper RH frame...written off just for that...hope rider is OK or at best not too banged up.
