Used to bank on Dri-Rider but have become disenchanted with the brand. Really expensive and lets a heap of cold in. Last winter I used my Ixxon Leather jacket and liner all winter in Canberra and was less cold than previous years and Dri-Ride. Mind you if it rained heavily I got wet, the dri-rider keeps you mostly drier but not warmer.

Just my 2 cents worth.

g'day
For a textile suit I'd look at Tiger Angel. If they are still around.
Having said that the jacket I wore in Tas is a dririder (was the only one in the shop that fit proper the day I left) and it performed well especially in the rain on the way south to Tas.
I had a dririder in the past but it ceased being dry after several years.
