Tank Bras with Kanji Symbols
#16
I spoke with Jed today and my Tank Bra is due to arrive today or tomorrow.
It appears that Jed works for the Townsville SUZUKI dealer and they have another one of these tank bras on Ebay at the moment if anyone wants one and missed out.
Or you could ring Jerod on the number Lardass posted and arrange to buy one at full price.

Snaps of BUSGO fitted with Bra.
This is an authentic Suzuki GSX1300R tank bra as opposed to the aftermarket variety which are available.
There is another one the same as this currently on Ebay.
It came with fitting instructions and is a VERY tight snug fit.
Took me about 15 minutes to get it on.
(Thats about normal for a quickie I suppose)

I've just bought a factory tank bra (same as Busgo's)through Western Motorcycles in Penrith, it was about $70 and they are getting easier to get so there's no need to go through ebay etc, I'm sure any stealership can get them in.

$70 - I WAS ROBBED!!!!

There ya go, I thought I was getting a good buy.
I won't be shopping at Townsville Suzuki anymore.....

Well I'm happy with it so far.
Life's full of these little surprises. I think it is good value at $70.
Pan, it is weatherproof but you have to take it off to dry if it gets wet.

I have too much to say.
BUT, I don't just stick posts up to get the numbers up like some other members around here.
(Not mentioning any names) BBQ.

I meant no offence to Jared or the shop.
As I said, I am happy with the product and thought I was getting a good buy.
I still think these bras are great value at $70 from any local dealer.
As I live in Newcastle, I don't think I will be shopping at Townsville Suzuki, that's all.

Lesson learned for me and others, is when shopping on EBAY, know the value of the items you bid on.

Yes, he does state in his add that he RRP is $199.
You win some you lose some.
My wife just brought a set of beautiful hand painted Russian Nested dolls directly from Moscow via Ebay for $70 delivered.
The same sets of dolls sell nearby at a speciallist shop for between $300 and $450.
