Changing grips

im changing my grips and woud like to knw the easiest way to take the old ones off and do i need to use any sort of goo when sliding the new ones on......?

Just sort of peeled mine of when I changed to foam type grips. Bit of warm water was all I needed. Easy as "No Fear" Just means you aint goin quick enough yet !!!!!

Get a nozzle under the grip and let her rip with some air. Works a treat!
