Hayabusa - 1910's style...

Well, the only link that this bike has with the Hayabusa is its engine size. This bike is in my calendar for May.

Henderson KJ

Capacity: 1300 cc
Power: 40 bhp
Weight: 227 kg
Top speed: a very impressive (for its day) 160 km/h

But if it was 1915, this would be the Australian Henderson Club, and we would probably have the same people on the membership list....

True Richard,
but look at the duds, the coat and tie ain't so bad but you'd have trouble keeping the cap on at 240+

And it is debatable whether that lid would offer much protection in an accident...

That coppery/bronzey colour is fairly prominent too on that bike. Must have been the fashion back then.

The rims would come up a treat polished.

And like the Hayabusa, it seems to not have a lot of storage space.
