G'day Ray. Long time, my oil mixing buddy. yep, lesson learnt by me too. Day to day seems to work for everyone. Unless you are going to charge MM prices then it makes very poor sense. It can be done with a little range or something that is in-house but everything else, nope.

A 10c drop in the dollar total over a 2 week period which in another terms is 10%, if you quoted lean on monday to help I guy out your fugged by Friday and the Government gets more money than you!

Stock on hand are the only fixed price items, everythig else has to float or as you say Glen quote Retail or Full Markup. If it shifts in the mean while offer a discount!
