NRL Footy Tip Comp 2008

Hey Guys
Welcome to the NRL tipping comp for 2008. Hope the guys from last year are still in for this year and any new comers are more than welcome. Hmmm last year we had Braddo as the winner of the comp with Busgo taking out the wooden spoon. Prizes were presented at Coffs Harbor. And thats to the guys for the bottle of wine, which I still haven't opened yet. I don't expect anything for doing this and trust me there are heaps of sale items when the season ends. OK so what are the rules. Well the rulez committee i.e. me have decided on the following

All tips to be posted on the board by 5pm Brisbane time.

Its just win or lose.

No tips you get all away teams

State of origin and tests don't count, but we can give each other heaps in the spirit of the game.

The decider (if needed) will be based on the nearest, 1/2 and full time scores of the Grand Final.

Prizes as per last year i.e. tacky and cheap and yes the rulez committee are open to ummm how you say a few pineapples in the mail.

Michael Hagan has found a new technique to get that extra speed and swerve out of his players - he stands on the tryline and gives them 5 seconds head start before shooting and shouting "fire up", the players are unhappy that he wants to run this drill at 4.00am as the pubs dont shut until 5.
