Hey Guys, new here, just picked up a white '09 model Busa today, only got in 100k's and had to come back out to work.
Thoroughly enjoying it as I stepped up from a Honda VTR1000, so will probably be having withdrawal symptoms by the time I can ride it again.
No mods as of yet, might be looking at a Ventura rack and bag, and maybe a bagster tank cover. Eventually maybe some exhausts.
Didn't have time for pics this morning.
That's about all I can think of for now.

to the club another white one hey well there is a few of us on here with the white K8 so all the best you'll love the bike and the forum. Yes have to agree get rid of those cannons and put a nice system on. Heres some food for thought..

White K9, welcome.
There's a few K8 whites here as Rev said, they seem to have a certain appeal to us white owners.
Just remember to smile at the black HSV Holden ute that loves to catch the unawares on the HWY's around rocky - nasty pieces of work, in a bloody ute! The cheek of the buggers.

i'm also a white owner.....not toooooo happy with Suzuki having a K9 white when we were supposed to have a limited white in the K8....but hey no point winging....oh sorry think i just did ha ha! anyway mate welcome again and enjoy the site

Hey humbussa my understanding is that the new K9 is a Splash White not a Pearl.
But like Missy Moo said we just got the white before they it drew some attention and got the coooool status

Pan, I am in a few different places, I work in Dysart but the Busa is parked in Gracemere cos the roads are shitty out here, will be getting ridden every couple weeks when I have my RDO's.
Missy_Moo, I take it you are from around rocky then? Can't see specifics in your profile, is there a regular get together etc for around this area?
Oh, I would have had the Limited Edition K8 but when I went into a certain bike shop up Mackay area to pay cash for it, they weren't interested in talking to me, I suppose that can be attributed to my age. I am quite young for a Busa owner, turned 21 in July.
And yeah, the 09 model isn't a pearl white, but in sunlight you can see sort of little flecks in the paint.
