I was wondering if anyone could help on the matter...

IF your bike is at a shop,an is getting repaired under
insurance or a claim that put the fault to the other
vehicle that was involved in the accident,
do you have the right to keep the parts they replace?

Eg- if it needed a fuel tank an they replace it, can
i tell them to give me the original?
