Photo sequence of a high side. Interesting to note on photo 4 the throttle hand releases where it starts to get messy. Not so easy to keep it on as the rear tyre begins to slide. Camera's have certainly come a long way to capture sequences that happen as fast as this.

Definition: Bitumen surfer

Protective gear has come a long way as well as photography thanks in part to Barry Sheen inventing the back protector. He also invented the hole in the front of the helmet so you could have a cigy on the start line.
great photos amazing how quick the old highside can happen. good to see any rider that goes down get up and walk away.
