Went to pass a truck and a flat large card board box was thrown up in front of me. Made it a bit unstable untill the front wheel ripped it on the road. Few grazes on front fairing luck escape.

Lucky escape alright mate, good to know you kept it upright 
Years ago a mate had the same thing happen to him, he pannicked and hit the brakes as the box went under his front wheel and down he went.
