I've just rolled into the Beechworth bakery at Healsville, and bugger me, I'm the only biker here with, wait for it, 28 police officers. Wondering why I had not seen one on the way here. Lol No fun from here out then. So much for a quiet mid week squirt!

Its amazing where you end up when you just wanna ride and try to get lost going ways youve never been... Found snow at Mt Donna Buang... [

went trough the yarra ranges nat park going to woods point (a bloody beautiful bit of road), then to marysville, and back to the alpine resort for lunch, and back home the same way through the nat park.
My new fav bit of road, top of second and third all the way just making shitloads of noise the whole way! Only seen prob 4-5 cars along that stretch both ways... Epic day and just what i needed to clear my head.

i remember riding through that way after the 1st tathra trip, we met up with arthur dunga,(dave twentyman), he was a top bloke, me & greeny stayed at his place overnite, i remember trying to keep up with him on his turbo busa, had fun all the way to his place, saw the devestation of the fires that raged through there. beautiful country, awesome roads, i hope to go through that way again sometime.
