Mate, Thats the pits. Worse when its your sons first expensive pride and joy.

Yup true, his bicycle was for his 11th Birthday - which was on 14th Oct
He adored his Yamaha......

Coop

Freakin' lowlifes. Shattering a poor kids heart, probably just to get a drug fix too.
Mate, feel for your loss and your son's. F*cki% lowlifes are everywhere. Must be someone that knew it was there brand new and ready. Hope you got insurance...

that totally sux Bill , thiefing pricks , my young bloke has a yamaha bush basher pw80 3 speed no clutch model , yash can borrow it anytime he likes , no problem at all. i suggest checking out the local scrub and parks area asap you might get lucky and see it being ridden around by some bored school kids.
The worst thing is that - there were no plastics, seat or muffler on the bike - I had removed everything as I wanted to change the plastics. had just ordered new chain and sporket kit, mufflers.(just called to cancel :()

The bike was locked with a thick chain - so these bastards removed the front forks and dismantel the bike to nick it......

Bit like in melbourne CBD you will see just a bare push bike frame chaned to pole everything else gone
That sucks big time Bill, hopefully it turns up somewhere.
Sounds like it's someone at his school that knew it was there, possibly?
Does the young fella have an ideas who it might be??
Has he pissed anyone off lately at school, etc?
He is only 10 and is quite friendly - but is widely known in his school as a motorcycle rider etc....

This is a good point Zoro, I didnt think of it.
Cheers,

Bill

Low lifes everywhere now...........bad economy so they will take anything including some poor kids bike.

And today some maggot knocked off my panel van outside Aldi. Didn't have a straight panel on it but still gone in 60 seconds !
Cops reckon someone needed it for a burg.....Knuppel2
