Have you tried disconnecting the Power commander put it back to normal then try and start?
Check the earth wire on the PC also.

g'day did that still no go the lights on power commander are comeing on and when i try to start it power com green fuel light is on seems to be working but no fuel is getting past injectors do u think it mite be the computer not letting fuel in thanks chris.
If It's the 2000 model in your Bio, I'd be checking the fuel pump filters. There is a small dome strainer that block's on all 99-2000 models eventually .Mine blocked at approx 50,000 km & I fitted a new $8-00 replacement . Only the external fuel pump models have it so not common knowledge,But definitely worth checking .
http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm Number 26 on diagram . Fig 13 Pump assy diagram .
If your fuel hoses don't follow the correct route it can cause a slight kink when the tank is lowered ,This also for some reason causes this filter to block more often . Don't know why but it does .
g'day guys i changed fuel filter little cup filter put back on took power commander of it started for a couple of times then no go after that so i put power commander on still no go still getting fuel up to injectors fuse's are good alll i did was take battery out and then i got all these druma's bike was running just fine is there anything more i can do or should i just take it to motor bike place thanks heaps chris.

If the little dome filter that sits under pressure reg blocks it will run rich not starve fuel as it's the return fuel strainer.
Try a noid light on the injector plug and see if it's getting injector signal ?
Make sure the Battery is FULLY Charged.

If the battery is down a bit on my 99er it wont fire. Cranks over good but won't go. If I put it on the charger for 1/2 hour it fires into life first time.

has power to injectors put a test light on both wire battery is new spark plugs are new im going mad. iv been playing with her for two days now trying to work this out. trying all help that u guys are giveing me u guys will be going mad with me soon. is there one last thing i can try before i hand her over to to the butchers that scratched her last time i got a service thats why im trying to fix her myself thanks heaps for all the help iv got a lot more no-how on my toy.

Grasping at straws here Chris ,But mine did give me a problem once as it stopped With 5 ltr of fuel in it,just in case ,I filled it up & it went as normal . When I pulled the Fuel little pee wee out , The plastic filter incorporated in the inlet was blocked for the bottom 2 inches . Dropped it in Caustic for a while, rinsed & dried it & Now the bike will run till the tank is empty .you never know ,Had me puzzled, but fixed it .11 yeas is a fair time & little shit like this is annoying but you learn heap's .Thanks for the clarification on the Fuel strainer, Pete & your dead right (of coarse ),
A good sign of it being blocked is increased fuel consumption .
Injectors will have power but need the ecu to earth them to fire
usually an injector fault will show a fi warning , try disconnecting an injector and crank the motor to see if it gives a fault
if it does , look to fuel pressure , crook pump/ blocked inlet or injectors sort of thing
If it doesn't fault check the crank sensor , ecu obviously does not know the motor is turning
When you say it started for a couple of times do you mean that it
started and ran properly, or that it fired for a second or 2. If the latter
check your fuel pump fuse, LHS under fairing to tank filler plastic If it's
blown it usually gives a FI warning!
it fired a couple of times then it ran till the oil pumped up it hasen't ran for 2 weeks then it sound like it run out of fuel iv have half tank or fuel in her.i pulled 2 plugs of injectors and started it no fi warning light i talked to rob at moolap cycle here in geelong today he told me to bring her in its a electrical fault he can fix's her il have her back thursday il let u guys know what part it was so then we all know if it happens to someone here i thank u all for your help as i had no clue's what it was 8 out of 10 time i can work things out but this one had me by the balls big times thanks heaps chris.

Ok the ecu probably does not know the motor is turning if there is no FI warning with the injector clips off
look at your connector on the crank sensor, and then the sensor its self
If Rob has the suzuki SDS tool it will help to quickly identify the prob
g'day maj talked to rob today he said the fuel pump wires were getting hot the power commander was all messed up has to put on usb the ecu was playing up ect ect the fella who had the bike before me has just messed with the wires it's all come to a end some wire's just had sticky tap on live wire's there going to fix's it all up do the job right around $700 he said it was more the time than anything.
