hey guys i'm trying to order replacement filter(s) & o-rings for my fuel pump and i can't see fuel filter retainer plate end of the assembly in all the schematics at online parts stores..??.. can someone please check page 4-55, bottom pic in the 99 busa manual and cross-reference against schematic for me?.. actually, 2nd pic up from bottom is a mystery to me.. is that the flip-side of the retainer plate?

also, does anyone know which filters exactly pete from oldschooolsuzuki forum is referring to in this thread?..

..i'm assuming 10/10A paper filter is cleanable but is the 3rd one that's not #2 or 26?..

cheers all

I couldn't get a replacement retainer plate o-ring for mine, and after a couple of times it expanded and was a bugger to get back in. This is why I went thru the exercise of chucking the filters, ripping out the strainers and then sealing the fuel pump. Haven't had it apart in last 8 years. Just run a $5 inline fuel filter which I replace every second oil change. Haven't had a fuel problem since. (touchwood)
took the filter out of my pump and lost fuel line presure,
