This could be interesting. Let the list begin...
reading whilst driving. Makes my blood boil.
Texting especially when they are P platers to top it off, would not have a clue!
Holding the steering wheel with hand opposite to the normal position, see this over and over and just wonder wtf? In emergency they would not be able to do anything to react.
Foot resting over the brake causing stop lights to stay on. Cabbies are the best at it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are just a few

Unreal Mozza and there was another story too about someone reading the paper at 100kph or something I think. I bet you would see it all from that height Kev.
Edit: Just saw that the reading book story is also mentioned in that same story...

Guys, I am seriously looking at recording just about every outing on a Go Pro for insurance purposes and if the driver is doing a road rage action can be taken with evidence. Earlier this year I was taken out by a granny, with no insurance, 40 year old Honda Civic who drove on the wrong side of the road and had a head on with me. It is still going to court, she denies what she did. I could of been killed or even worse permanently injured. I flew over her car, landed head first on the road, shoulder next, right hand. My bike then bounced off her car into a parked one rolling on the road.

Another example was the bloke that ws recorded ramming his use into the driver behind him then punching in his windscreen. What would he have done with a motorcyclist. Then his attitude towards the jounos when they tried to interview him.

Hope you do ok in court; pretty piss poor - and hope you're ok too. Cameras are pretty useful I reckon. GoPro are the best to mount on the bike, but not so good to mount on ya helmet. I have a small cheapie on the side of my helmet and its great because you are recording what ya actually looking at. Which is real good when you get off ya bike and walk over to some dick head and give him a spray when they've nearly run over you! Also pretty easy to reach up and turn it on/off as you need it. It's also a bit of fun to record some of the weird things that people do - checking their iPad while it resting on the steering wheel at 100kph is pretty common! It's also important to take as many pictures as you can immediately after any accident ( with your phone) as its the best evidence you can table, because usually the 'scene' is cleared pretty quickly. Get all the number plates too a it's amazing how quickly witnesses disappear! 'Collection of Evidence' is now pretty important in my game (driving ships) and probably everywhere else too. Probably a Forum member who knows more about it than me?
Just found this thanks to Tex
