Calling all and any for another Tassie ride

Looking for dates to do this ride????

only 299klm

I drove some of those roads around there in January. Stopped for a beer at Weldborough Hotel, worth the detour, just off your route, but the Tasman highway down to St Helens and back would be awesome on a bike. But then, just about all the roads over there were awesome.

Looking at changing route as the roads to east of Tomahawk are unsealed......

thats quite a challenge ROD.. seeing the maps show that as over 21hrs straight riding would be interesting to try to fit it in 1 day

if ya gunna do it, tell me when ur expected up nth and I will meet up and shadow you for a while LOL

for next summer I think I might being getting better gear... Pashnit's setup is amazing!!! might be outta my price range for a while as it looks like I will have to fix my busa after the New Norfolk incident :(

Love that you dont seem to have any rubble verges on your roads,
must keep the surprise factor down on all those twistie bits..

Thanks mate

Never done anything like this before
have a few friends in USA that always ask for pics of Tassie so I thought I could take them while I rode. Of course I quickly found out I either had to stop HEAPS of times or find a way to record pics as I rode... hence I am trying out video with my poor el cheapo camera.
Was by accident I found my laptop had Window Movie Maker and now PRESTO..
