The forum has been down for a while for me and I occasionally get it on various days.
I suggest we go back to plan A which was to disable of few of the small features which I had done a little while back but a few complained. This unfortunately may be the only way to make the forum more efficient as it gets a bit of traffic.
Just say go and I will tweak it...

All good Rod. Although the forum just crashed again for 10 mins. The website was still up, just forum down. Will try a few other tweaks.
