Now this is a problem for me... I always get capital punishment confused with corporal punishment...
It's easy. Hang the kids and cane the adults. LOL

I train Parkour every Sunday, have done so for 7 years. I'm the oldest. Ages range from 13 to 35. I must have hung out with at least 300 or more new faces in that time. Not once in that time have I seen or heard one thing objectionable from any of these kids. IMO they all have their heads screwed on right.
So there's real statistic for you.
I have much more confidence and respect for youth today than anyone over 30 or 40 who unfortunately can get "stuck".
