so I've been put on the outlaw biker list without ever being a member of an outlaw club, unless there is something I should know about this club Coolsmiley (just joking)
so now every time I get pulled up for a random breath test or such I get searched and my car or bike gone through,
so fist thing queensland police this is for you Showback
second thing has anyone else had these drama's, (not because of the Busa club, just in general)
and thirdly how can I get a club shirt and some club patches just to keep them guessing
That happens simply because since you have joined the club in April you managed only 3 posts and I could not see you on the Tathra list for this year either.Lol3
This is the first time we hear of such treatment of our member if I am not mistaken. Smells like a discrimination to me or there is sometning you are not telling us about your previous activities. Lol2
If that is happening for no reason you can lodge complaint with a police Commisioner in your state asking why are you on the motorcyclist honour list while not being a member of the illegal motogang or being convicted as such previously.Nerd
Cops are just doing their job mostly even being greatly misguided on occasion....
mate I have no convictions at all i do have several tattoos, but so do a hell of a lot of people i don't always follow road rules but I'm not the only one and yes i think the police are doing a piss poor job and i dont respect them but either do most of the country.
and as far as posting found it easier to chat on the facebook page, to be honest I forgot about this web page,
and it turns out to get off the list one has to fill out a form stating when, where and how and to who i handed my patch into the procedure to become an none member and if i had any club tattoos covered or removed then this gets sent to brisbane and if the biker investigation mob are happy with my evidence which was "sorry I haven't been a member of an outlaw club, and can not fill this form out" they will take me of the list
By filling out that form you are confirming that you were once a member of an outlaw motorcycle club.

Give it a while and that waste of oxygen and his conveyancer general will be gone.

What a fu^#ing conundrum that is. Having tattoos is not a reason to be persecuted. How did you ended up on that list in the first place? Not by filling the form I guess...
There are clear rules for demographically enforcing the outlaw biker legislation. it's NOT because you got tattoos, it's NOT because you ride a bike, it's NOT because your ride with more than 3 and it's NOT because you are a member of a club!!! It IS because you are known to be involved, or a member of, a club that has been deemed to be an OUTLAW club.
All you need to do is prove, or disprove in your case, that you are not a member of a listed outlaw club.
G'day
Batfink, in Qld I don't think it is as simple as that. And that's leaving aside whether you should even have to disprove their nonsensical allegations and harassment...

Kevin

Only to be replaced with the next one...always reminds me of the Life Of Brian skit where Brians mum is telling the tale of his dad and his empty promises just to get her into bed....lol!

So what you're saying is Kev11e is not the messiah but a very naughty boy?
try again Batty
All you need to do to be labelled is have anything to do with a member of a declared organisation. eg I have had tattoos done by members of the rebels working in a parlour at the Sunshine Coast and I have had another member do some earth moving work for me.
That is all the evidence they need and even then they don't have to tell you what evidence they have. your guilty and that's it. how can you disprove what you don't know.

Tom R
I don't know any of you. Just sayin

I went to school with a couple 20 years ago(20 years ago I didn't and i gess they didn't know they would become members) , but as it turns out my ex called the police and told them I was one and that was all the proof they decided they needed

If that is the case then it is a blatant abuse of the legislation. There must be some legal avenue to fix this bulshit and waiting for change of polititian is not the one. Would be easier to just re-load..
