hey ressac, i can recomend v-strom1000. or a gsf 1400, or a triumph rocket. Hell the goldwing in a fantastic bike.
But only if you keep the busa as well

One thing that is well known about the VTR and that is it's fuel range. Basically it hasnt one. You will get very up close and personal with every service station you know. I rode one on a trip once, rode it like a nanna and got 160km WTF.

The only thing better is the SP1/SP2 family. When you can fit a coke can into the throttle body you know it's going to drink petrol. If you get into it you can be pushing it by the ime you get to 100km.

That's a lot of petrol stations between Sydney and Jindy for me.

Yes this was true with the earlier model but in 2002 they fitted a larger tank and you would prolly get around 250km from a tank.
