Depends if he is on a plod bike chasing you with the siren on or he has let you go because he was half way through his donut when you went flying past.

Hey Pan,
That phucker isn't really a bad guy, he's probably issued some very important fines today. This keeps the evil speeding hordes watching their speedoes. After all, that is a much better idea than having them thinking about the road conditions, looking for kids chasing balls, avoiding stray dogs........ Thank god for good guys like this...... Then again, looks like this fat bastard prefers to eat his prey.....
