I have been told of this before i don't know if its true,

i think the RTA are only looking at the traffic and may be trying and control it
but take care just in case

This was sent to me via e-mail as below


New speed cameras which will be permanently mounted on telegraph poles
and the like. They are very small, don't use a flash and will be
working day and night.

According to NSW legislation they would still have to have a sign warning you there's a camera ahead, wouldn't they?

Maybe we could check out the O'Connel Street one tonight when we're at Parra?

As i said I have been told of this before and i think the RTA are only looking and control traffic, i was told years ago they were speed cameras also and i have gone thought heaps these places with no tickets over the years

The camera's that you are talking about are only traffic control cameras. They all connect back to the RTA's Traffic Control Centre based in Redfern and are only to monitor the flow of traffic. They are not speed cameras!!!

^Thank f*** for that,I give a Diablo a run on Liverpool rd today and if I went through one of those pole cameras it would have gone off the clock and I would be in the dock. Cheers,

We could smash the fugen thing anyway and be on the safe side. It's Big Brother technology. They dont monitor speed.....................yet!!!
