I got the bug and now I'm heading down to Vic Roads to buy one (XOCET) . What does anybody else think of it?

Is that like the lego toy stuff that u build, i remember something like it in my childhood.....?

If so, why the busa.

XOCET, as in the Exocet missile, now built by MBDA of France. Exocet missile is launchable from both air and maritime platforms and is a sea-skimming supersonic anti-ship missile.

Exocet's accounted for all ships (Sheffield, Glamorgan, Ardent...) damaged and sunk during the Falkland Island war (POM's v Argies, 1982) and have been used against the US by Iraq (USS Stark, 1987).

The beauty of calling the Busa an Exocet is that like the Busa, it is extremely fast and most hits by an Exocet have been duds!

Great plate name ressac. Nice blurb on the Exocet as well. Better than Sidewinder, Harpoon or Phoenix or Sparrow! RLCM would be ok: "road launch cruise missile".
How much does vic charge for custom. Im about to get some plates here in SA and they will be 190/year every year for up to 6 letters, if you want more its 240/year thieving shits. You can do a combo of letters and numbers for much less but they dont do a silver on black to match the bike!

We buy the plate which includes the first transfer to the vehicle for around $300 to $400 (Depending on amount of letters or numbers etc...) and that's it for life.

I still have a plate gathering dust that I haven't used for years. (PHILZ) I've got another one that I'll probably get soon too. But I won't post it here. It will be snapped up in a moment. People will say damn why didn't I think of that!

Still, you have to weigh that up against vics psycho nazi camera regiment with no tolerance and all sorts of vehicles vs. we get about 8 or 9 kays tolerance, most of the cars are new coms, coons, or mitsuies with twin aerials and stick out like dogs proverbials and we get a warm fuzzy sign after you go through the camera saying our lives have been saved by speed cameras! Plus people flash here, not enough but happens. Ive been in vic a fair bit and Ive never seen anyone flash their head lights. 190 Bucks is one middle of the road fine. Call it a yearly toll you pay and forget it. Im off to touch some timber!
