I've got a couple of weeks off between jobs, so i decided to catch up with a few busa mates and enjoy some great roads.
Left home Monday morn and rode down NSW south coast via Braidwood and Clyde Mtn, stayed with friends - next morn headed off to Cooma via Bega then Alpine Way thru Jindy to Corryong and Wodonga, Down the Hume to Puckapunyal and spent a couple of days with Glen and Zoe shooting the breeze and fitting bling - thanks guys for your hospitality and especially to Scotty for giving up his bed.
This morn, back on the Hume to Wodonga and off to Canberra via you guessed it but thru Cabramurra and Cooma - I've aced it, fantastic dry roads, no plod and very little traffic.
Tonight i'm staying with MadMax and family - we've just been out to Zeffs for the Canberran Coffee night and now it's out to the garage for a spannering session, but i'm a little concerned about some of Max's toys, so i'm sleeping with the bullet proof vest on tonight Frown     Lol3 Thanks Max and Co - I promise to practice the on ramp for next time Pi_thumbsup
Tomorrow it's back to the rat race, 2300klms all up and the beast didnt miss a beat - it's going to be hard to top that next week!

Cheers Ruffy

Thanks for coming down John. I enjoyed your company. How far did you get before it rained? I got drenched about ten minutes after you left.

Must have got hit by the same shower mate - was only a short one tho and then it was all cloudy but dry for the rest of the trip, only prob was i'd forgotten to turn the ipod off so barnsey only screamed for 5 k's Frown
Yesterday was different - rained coming back from Canberra, right hand lane and on it all the way home, hands wet but that was all.
It was nice and dry in the alpine areas both days, so i'm ready for those new tyres this week Pi_thumbsup
Thanks again - Ruffy
