I'll be there at around 4.30pm to beat the rush
Racing from 6pm until 10pm
Gates open for spectators & competitors at 5pm
Entry: Spectators $15
Children under 12 admitted free
Competitors: $45
Important Items to bring:
Current Drivers Licence
Rego paper for the vehicle (if the vehicle is not registered to you,
authorisation from owner, and rego papers)
Remember - NO REGO PAPERS NO RACE
Long sleeved shirt and pants
Helmet
& IF IT GETS RAINED OUT WE WILL TRY FOR 3RD AUGUST

Yeah ill be there for sure.
I have been hanging out to get there, haven't been for 6 weeks.
There isn't any point in getting there early now, they wont let anyone in the gate till 5:00 sharp. And racing wont start till 6:00.
They still let the bikes cut in front of the cars for scruitineering so you will get through quick enough.

The scruiteneers dont mind because we go through so quickly.
With a car they have to check under the bonnet, in the boot, inside the car .
With a bike they can see what you are wearing, and they can see the entire bike as is.
They could easily check 4 bikes to each car.

I'm in although I dont finish at Botany until 5pm so will be pushing it in the truck to get home, changed and there on the bike by 6.
Are late entries allowed @ say 6.30?

The cut off is when they get 180 entries.
Iv'e had mates show up after 7 and still get in. <i></i>
7:30pm /180 entries is the cutoff.

For those "silent members" that check the threads but don't reply (yes, you know who you are, Noel, Tracy, Guido, Garry, Grom, Tony, Bronwyn, the new Andrew, etc...), come along, even if it's just to hang out. Bring a digital camera along as well if you can... There will be lots of bling bling on show...
