SE Qld riders.....I just recieved notification that the annual Blood cord run is on again on Sunday 13th Nov.
It starts at the Mater childrens hospital on the south side and goes south via a couple of pubs to end up at a bike and car show at Logan Village where they have a live band and an auction.
A few of us took part last year and it was a good day. Also it is for a bloody good cause.
Hope to see you all there. Regards
Chopper

Won't be there chopper. I planted the bus this morning. Not too much damage, smashed a can, bit of fairing and gear box case and bent the handlebars...2 doors up the street fom my house!!...Lucky 4 insurance.

Be back on the road soon I hope.

Shane.

Geez Shane sorry to hear that but if you are gonna go through insurance you might be lucky to get the bike back before New Years and I aint kidding on average the insurance company's take around 9 weeks for repairs so if it is rideable I suggest getting whoever is going to fix it to start the ordering of parts and get the ball rolling wait till everything gets here then whack it in for a couple of weeks Regards Bill

Can't ride it, Team Moto sold it to me and the insurance, and they are gonna look after it for me.

I can't ever find fault with moto at virginia, they are tip top!

I can get you Helibars, exhaust system if you need quick repairs.Usualy you can get a system to replace the stock can but you would add a little to it.Just a thought mate I have done the waiting thing twice and aprox 11 weeks each time . Cheers,

Sorry to hear about your whoopsy m8ee. Keep ya chin up mate, these things happen now and again, the important thing is you are OK. They will fix the bike as good as new.
Others have taken advantage of a situation like that to get after market cans. Give it some thought, seeing one is stuffed it probably would not leave you much out of pocket to replace them both.
See ya soon. Regards
Chopper
