hey Guys and girls I got a message from one of our IT boys here at work and they were out riding on Sunday over the east side of Melbourne (details are a little scarce at the moment will updated once I get a chance to speak to george properly). a bloke on a busa was at the lights next to them and took off towards road works before losing the back end and flipping the bike. like I said I only got this as an sms from one of the blokes because we ride together on occasion and he knows im a member of the club so he thaught it might be someone I know. just wanting to see if anyone here has heard anything or if anyone has gone missing from the board.

btw the one thing he was clear on was that the guy was wearing shorts and a t-shirt when he went down...
Ouch,,,

Pug

Pi_freak who rides around like that these days? It's just askin' for trouble. Scary

Just get a set of draggin' jeans.
"Who rides around like that "

In summer, just about every second jackass on two wheels. Dimwits never learn Undecided

All the "cool" people squid.
Just ask the stunters, who seem to be having a real impact on the mindset of a lot of new riders. They're out there "doing their thing" in jeans and t-shirts because showing "no fear" and a blatant disregard for your own safety (read: skin) is tough......

the two pics that stick in my mind are one of "The road rash queen" and "nothing comes between me and my Harley" ... the best reasons ever to gear up and wear a full face helmet.....

Doesn't look so cool when you are picking gravel out of your torn flesh and having skin grafts now does it. Fuckwit. Glad that my mates wear the right gear....
not me this time hope they are ok Pi_thumbsup

I'd rather be wearing my leathers and be a bit sweaty than spend two years getting grafts.
I've come off big time on two occasions in my life and leathers saved me both times. having a sweaty arse crack is a small price to pay for skin insurance..

maggot

anyone heard from nem, anthony, geoff etc?

not sure on the color since george went up to our syndey office on tuesday to sort out some problems but I should be able to talk to him tomorrow when he gets back. not the sort of bloke to bs especially when it comes to a rider going down, so I'll try and find out more info.
That gravel rash looks pretty nasty. Pi_freak
