This ride used to be "The Cassie Doyle Memorial Ride for a Cure" which pulled 3-500 Bikes every year (around July) for about the last 10 yrs.

Since the original organisers withdrew for personal reasons (2 years ago) the Foundation has made a complete mess of it. Last year the dates etc were not circulated, and it was just a matter of luck that about 100 riders from previous years contacted them and it went ahead, albeit in a much smaller way than usual. They assured us that they would get it right this year..but they havent!

As at today, the lady at the Foundation tells me they have 20 Riders registered..I said "Is that from the Gold Coast?" she replied "No..thats the total"

I have copied the rego form and poster, if you are able to help out, I can email the forms to you, they need to be filled in and returned by 24 Sept.

if you think you may be able to help out. It will cost you nothing, is a great cause, is good PR for the M?C community, and its an excuse for a ride! Oh..you get a free lunch too!

My sister was involved with the organising of this many years ago and you're right it is a good get together. What a shame it's on the same weekend as the Coffs run as that's where I will be.

Next year?
