The motel needs to know your intentions for meals on the Friday and Saturday nights.

If you wish to eat in the restaurent on either of the 2 nights, please call the motel back and let them know. They are going to be busy and want to keep us all together if possible.

Isn't that what we've booked for?? They made such an issue on the Phone when I made the booking that we all had to be doing the dinner bed & breakfast to get the special rate. I'll be pissed if they start telling us we can't eat in the restaurant.

Greg, The owner of the motel said they had a temporary receptionist on for a week or two and didn't get proper details from all the customers.
They just need to confirm the eating arrangements as far as I know.
It's a free call, give em a ring to confirm that's all.
