This is just an early warning that the Nymboida Coaching Station is once again booked out for the Hayabusa Club on the last weekend in March 2008.
I have reserved all 14 rooms for the Friday and Saturday nights.
That is Friday 28th and Saturday 29th MARCH.
The room rate is confirmed as the same price as last year and includes the BIG breakfast for all.

Those of you who have been before will no doubt want to go again and there may be a bit more competition for space this year.
Remember that some of the rooms can sleep 4 adults and some can accomodate up to 8. There is only one room that doesn't have a double spa and it has a double shower so first in best dressed as far as rooms go.
There is also a bridal room that only has room for 2! in a lovely 4 poster bed etc.

I suggest you book your holidays and then book a room or you may miss out.

HOPE 2 C U THERE.
We've got our baby due on the 23rd of March Undecided

Let me know about 2009 Coolsmiley

Can you give us more info for those who have not been before?
Cost, timings, activities?

Cheers

OK, a bit more detail as requested.

The Nymboida Coaching Station Inn and Cobb & Co Museum.
Situated on the Armidale road (Southern end of Summerland Way) about 40ks out of Grafton.

They have 7 riverside rooms with 2 queen beds in each for $99 per night and 6 Mountainside rooms with a combination of 1 or 2 queen beds and either 1 or 2 pairs of bunks in each room for $89 per double and $40 extra for additional adults.
A single taking a room alone is $79.(BUT WE DON'T ENCOURAGE THAT SORT OF WASTE)
Every room except one has a spa and continental breakfast is included.
There is also a Bridal suite for $110 if anyone is feeling extra romantic.

Please book direct with Diane or Rob at the Nymboida Coaching Station Inn on 02 66494126 if you want to be there. Phone bookings may require a credit card number.
YOU MUST STATE THAT YOU ARE WITH THE HAYABUSA CLUB or they won't accept your booking.
Please post up here if you have booked in so that I can keep track of how many rooms may be left.

The itinery is a bit flexible but for the last two years we have done the following.

Travelled up in small groups and arrived at the motel on the Friday arvo.
A relaxing Spa, drinks, BIG dinner and bs session then hit the road on Saturday for a loop.
Grafton, Glen Innes, Armidale for lunch and then back down Waterfall Way to Nymboida for another round of Spas, drinks and BS.
Sunday, head home the best way you can find.

From Sydney it is about a 2,000 k weekend, 1600 from Newcastle or Brisbane.

Here is a link to the photos from the previous two years.

Got the heads up about this ride recently so have just joined the site I ride a small hayabusa wanna be bike and after talking to my other half have decided to both come on this run and it will be a good warm up for her for the trip on the back to phillip island for the motogp later in the year.
So if none of you object to us tagging along at the back for the weekend ( Busgo not included ) I will ring and book a room in the next day or two Biker

You are both more than welcome to either tag along or lead the ride if you wish. There are no prizes for first and we all have a ball.

VTR

hi all, new to site but know a few of you guys from CCSBR and from around the newcastle roads (braddo and busgo and chazpowers)

after talking about this on saturday, got out the diary and seems like we are free- so i have booked a room for that weekend.

I had a look at the photos from last few years and i promise to keep my Non-hayabusa out of all photo's!!

will try to make a few of the newcastle coffee morns now house reno's are finished.
Great news VTR (Ben?).
Glad to have you join us too!
See you soon. I'll get some details off you one Saturday.

By my calculations there are now only 3 ROOMS LEFT.
Unless someone has reserved the Bridal Suite, there is that one, 1 with a Queen bed and 4 singles and the 1 room with no spa (but an oversized shower).
