NEMESIS

Hey everyone, just thought id say something cuz alot
of people have asked me to whats happend so i might as well say something.

To put somewhat breifly,i pretty much wrote off my bike
last tuesday
an ambos came an whatnot cuz i
passed out at the scene, cops said i slided for 120 metres
and if i didnt have the gear i had the
hospital said i wouldve died surely.
Everyone says im lucky to be alive blah blah,i tell them being
alive is overated lol
Well without its toys anyway Undecided

Was going over a rise in the road an when
the road declined again an because i was
acelerating the front got floaty an obviously the
tire was a couple of inches off the ground due to the incline
an when the tire made contact to the
road again she just went into a vicious
tankslapper an threw me off the slutbagConfused

Shit happens,im just cursing cuz i just
pretty much lost 17grand,she was a brand
new k7 ive had for 6odd months, worst comes to worse il just
buy another new 1 mid next year an by then il be able to insure it.
But for the mean time im going to see what can be done/salvaged
so she can be put back to her former glory.1st stop bob martins
an il take things from there when im physically capable.

Oh well, what do you do yeh.
You live an you learn :S
Its just hard now cuz i cant work an earn money cuz im
not in the best of shape an i still have to pay the bike off.
Really angry about it all really, cant stand to
look at it without kicking a shoe into it evertime i
walk past it.
It was my dreambike,i got her,an just wanted to
turbocharge it when the warranty ran out an now
im just back to square one again.Frown

Anyhows,f*** warranty, heres some pics of her an
while she was rocking.
Thanks for the memories...

when you're our age the insurance cost will just about buy a new bike every 2 years.... its a gamble and we've both lost. Nem that offers still available if you want a hand to pull her down,

edris

I think my story might kinda make u feel better, I bought a brand new 05 hayabusa had it for about 9months with only 900k on the clock, something happened and best friend needed some cash and I sold my bike to give him the money he needed, he was going to give it back within 4 months haven't seen him since then LOL

There you go
Nem, so sorry to read about your moment mate! The easy bit is having the accident, the hard bit is getting over it! On that both, the Woman and I wish you all the best and get better quick!!!
bad news bro but look at it this way if it cant be rebuilt and registered i guess youve got a 600rwhp methonol fueled turbo drag bike sitting there in part at least anywayGhastly its a shitty situation but best thing is to think posative about it(not much to work with but theres something) one big positive is your still alive and still alive means you can build your self back up againPi_thumbsup good luck with it all
Sorry to hear about the spill nem, hope ya felling better soon.
I'm also very sorry to read your tale of woe mate.

Look on the slightly bright side - Braddo's bike was a right off and someone managed to get nearly $7,000 for it as a wreck on EBAY.

If you were not insured, -

Remember that a good new donk alone goes for about $6000 at the wreckers.
I suggest you break it down and flog the parts. You may at least be able to get onto another good second hand busa.
terribly sorry to hear of it nemises. no doubt in time youll get another one.
awww mate :( very sorry to hear :(

hope you heal up ok & glad your alive to tell us the story!!

think I'll learn & slow up abit me thinks - been pushing it as of late myself.

CapeBusa

Bugger!

If there is one thing i know about bikes, broken doesn't mean dead, only unrideable until fixed.

People, on the other hand, broken doesn't mean dead, but unrideable is ruddy depressing.

Bounce back and get back on the horse.

Doc

thats sad news , especially after catching up with you the other week, she was a nice bike.
anyway the main thing is you are OK, bikes can be replaced , people cant .
mend quickly and hope to see you back on the Bus or a new one soon.
Sorry to hear about the accident mate.

I'm glad you are still alive which, even though it may not seem it right now, is the most important thing.

Bikes can be replaced, but lives can't.

Hopefully it won't be too long till you're back on the beast again Action-smiley-083 Pi_thumbsup

Holger the Dane

Mate, Really sorry to hear about your off. But I gotta say, life is not overrated. Been to too many funerals this year to not feel the need to say that.

Take it easy bro, and get well soon. As the lads say, bikes can be replaced and the things you own end up owning you. Glad your ok tho, after your SFun_kickingroin

Take care..
