My employer got all shitty at me at work for not taking enough leave. So between now and the 20th May I have 5 shifts to do.

So I'm planning, what for me is, a big ride. And because I have this big chunk of leave I'm flexible to the date so I can just wait for a week of fine weather.

1740 kilometres according to goole maps.

Only drama I had was leaving the bike with my Ventura bags on it. You can't venture too far from the bike 'cause some bugger is likely to flog something.

Thinking about some lockable hard panniers.
