I'm happy with the deal and am getting bar risers (helli something or rather) fitted. And if blue ones aren't as fast a red one would be too much for this old fart.......congrats,what did you end up paying??? RE: Buying a new Busa..... - creamy - 07-08-2011 Thanks for the welcome and humour. I traded my old bike so the deal was all about the change over price. On the road with the Helibars fitted it would be about $18k. I did notice that prices on the east coast are considerably lower than here in the west. I am looking at getting a double bubble screen as suggested but one thing I intend to do as asap is to do an advanced rider course. It has also been suggested that the track courses at Barbagello and Collie are very educational. I've had many different bikes over many years but this one has blown me away, it' such a pleasure to ride. RE: Buying a new Busa..... - bazman - 07-08-2011 Congrats creamy ![]() whack a few pics up when ya can mate! ![]() ....and if ya wanna have a REALLY good weekend away on it, contact Rev004 (Kevin) and he'll let ya know all about the "World Domination II" Tour, comin' up very soon.....Don't miss it!! ![]() keep it fun, bazman ![]() RE: Buying a new Busa..... - 06BUSA - 07-08-2011 Nice pick up Creamy, prices have dropped in the last couple of years. The advanced riders course is the best money you can spend. I had some close calls with idiot drivers till I did the course 2 yrs ago and found out 90% off the close calls I had were my fault. Enjoy your ride. ![]() RE: Buying a new Busa..... - BUSGO - 07-08-2011 Welcome Creamy and I must say you have excellent taste in bikes. The GENII Blue is the pick of the crop and all those other riders are just jealous. You sound like you have your head screwed on with some rider training but in the meantime take care as you will soon find out the busa accelerates much quicker than it stops. Some nice clean clear pics of a new blue busa would be appreciated mate. (I recommend the Suzuki aftermarket high screen. It's relatively cheap, easy to fit and a great improvement to the ride comfort) RE: Buying a new Busa..... - Busa Rob - 09-08-2011 (07-08-2011, 06:17pm)BUSGO Wrote: Welcome Creamy and I must say you have excellent taste in bikes.
