I Just want to let people know, Rocket is back in Hospital.
He has been in the Maroondah Hospital since Wednesday, just gone.
He has had the fluid build up in his stomach again. It makes it very hard for him to keep his food down, he has to be on a drip for nutrition.
He is having treatment and hopefully he will be stable enough to go home soon.
It's very difficult to see a man like Rod, who is always full of life and energy, go through so much pain. I wish I could wave a magic wand and make him well again.

how is Rod doing mate. As always we are anxious for news about him. Has he got his tickets to the GP booked? Hopefully we'll get to see him when we get through Melbourne on the way home from the racing if not at the race.

All I know Max is, Rocket is doing it very hard at the moment. I haven't been in to see for a couple of days, because I have a bug atm.
I spoke to him on the phone yesterday, he said he had some xrays taken during the day. He is still not able to eat and that is not good news.
I am going to see him tomorrow, I hope there will be better news.

I have been asked to inform the board that Rocket passed away last night after slipping into a coma.
Funeral details will be posted when known.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rocket, his family and friends.
