Motorcycle Lift - FastPhil - 30-04-2009 Does anyone know of a good cheapish motorcycle lift or a DIY solution to lifting the bike for easier access. It's a bit harder these days for me to bend in the middle. RE: Motorcycle Lift - bigfoot - 30-04-2009 my pop made his out of an old table and uses a ramp; to roll his bikes up and down it. he uses ratchet straps to hold the bikes up.. thats the cheapest way i think, or you can buy a new one. RE: Motorcycle Lift - Dan85 - 30-04-2009 Phil radum sells some good hydraulic lift tables i have one and its very good. holds plenty of weight and is wide enough to put the bike up on the paddock stand at the back and has a front wheel chock aswell. they come on wheels so easy to move the stand around your garage looking about $550 for the big one and 450 for the smaller one RE: Motorcycle Lift - FastPhil - 30-04-2009 Dan85 Wrote:Phil radum sells some good hydraulic lift tables i have one and its very good. holds plenty of weight and is wide enough to put the bike up on the paddock stand at the back and has a front wheel chock aswell. they come on wheels so easy to move the stand around your garage looking about $550 for the big one and 450 for the smaller one Thanks Dan RE: Motorcycle Lift - FastPhil - 30-04-2009 Does any one have an opinion on these http://www.fabre.com.au/kendon/ RE: Motorcycle Lift - FastPhil - 30-04-2009 bigfoot Wrote:my pop made his out of an old table and uses a ramp; to roll his bikes up and down it. he uses ratchet straps to hold the bikes up.. thats the cheapest way i think, or you can buy a new one. Yeah, good idea! RE: Motorcycle Lift - Dan85 - 30-04-2009 those fabre ones looked a bit flimsy to me but never seen one in person. RE: Motorcycle Lift - Maj - 30-04-2009 Does look light, but if space is an issue its better than the usual bulky ones Brought mine from Spanner in the motorcycle trader mag |
