I've bought a Kriega 20lt tail pack and am very happy with it.

It clips on with straps that run under the pillion seat and the large pillion seat on a busa is ideal for it. The bag is waterproof and large enough to fit my laptop, lunch and work clothes in it.
It's so good I've taken the ventura rack off the bike, unless I need to carry something much larger I won't need it.
